✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns on:

• Defective or damaged items

• Incorrect items received

📦 Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
📅 Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom cross-stitch kits

• Opened or used kits

Thank you for understanding — we carefully craft each custom kit just for you.

💰 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

📨 How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@stitchpalette.com with:

   • Your order number

   • A photo (if applicable)

   • A short explanation

2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
