2. Custom Orders

• Custom cross-stitch kits are produced based on the images or designs you upload.

• You are responsible for providing high-quality images that you own or have legal permission to use.

• Custom kits are non-refundable once production has started.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

• Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

• Stitch Palette is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier service disruptions beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Ready-made kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Custom kits are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or contains a manufacturing error.

• For damaged or defective items, please contact us at info@stitchpalette.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
